In a large bowl mix together beef, turkey, bread, 1/2 cup of the tomatoes, garlic, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Place in loaf pan. Add remaining tomatoes to on top and bake until cooked through, 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes or to inside temperature of 170 degrees.
