Super Easy
Put in bowl and mix
Hamburger, Onion, Eggs, Green Pepper, Saline Crackers, (can also use bread crumbs or little chunks of bread) Few squirts of Worcestershire Sauce, the seasoning packet OR just salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder... but I like to use the McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning packet.
You can also put a little BBQ sauce in the mix too, but most will go on top.
Mix that all up into a big gooey mess.
Put in a Backing dish. in a big plop like a loaf, or you can make a ring going around the outside of the pan. Ring cooks faster becasue its not as think in the middle.
I liked to cook this with the babies inside for the Ses De Reiz. Epiphany. January 6th!
Then if you want put cut put potato and carrots in the pan too and cook all together as a dish!
Cook covered - about 350 for about a hour 15 min. until it looks about done.
Then the last 45 min -30min put over the top the can of tomato sauce and squirt from BBQ on top - cover again.
