1. In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients. Mix on low speed until thoroughly combined.
2. Divide the meat loaf mixture in half. Place each half in a 9" x 4" x 4" loaf pan. Bake it at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
3. Remove the meat loaf from the oven and use a spoon to scoop and excess grease from the top. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
