Place potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and meatballs in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat mix. Cover and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
Possibly could use some more spices/flavor and maybe a bit less water so its thicker.
