Quick and easy. Very tasty
Combine beef and garlic and form into meatballs. Heat oil and saute onion and mushrooms until lightly browned.Set aside, and in the same pansaute meatballs, turning to brown all sides.Remove meatballs. Stir flour into drippings and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add stock and cook, stirring, until sauce thickens. Add wine, tomato sauce,mustard and mix well. Return meatballs, onions and mushrooms to pan.Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through without boiling. Serve with buttered noodles or over a bed of rice.
