Freezer Meal --
- Add everything except broth to a gallon baggie.
- Mark with prep date and amount of broth to add on cook day. Use within 3 months.
- Thaw overnight (in fridge) before cooking.
- To cook, dump into crock with required broth and follow cooking time.
- Store leftovers in airtight container. (4-5 days fridge / up to 3 months freezer)
- Smaller vegetable cuts make it more soup-like, less of a chunky stew.
