Combine the minced beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust mixture with breadcrumbs or milk as required to make a good consistency for handling. Shape into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Pour over meatballs then cook in a moderate oven for about one hour.
Nice served with mashed potato and other steamed vegetables.
