Suggest a better description- Tear or cut bread into pieces and place into a small bowl along with the milk. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Stir with a fork, mashing bread to form a paste.
- Place ground chuck, sausage, Parmesan, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the bread mixture and mix gently to combine.
- Refrigerate briefly.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs, in batches if necessary, cook until well browned on all sides, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer browned meatballs to a large pot.
