Mash beans with fork in large bowl. Stir in pasta sauce and cumin.
Spread one third of the bean mixture on the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Layer 3 noodles, half of the spinach mixture, 1 cup cheese, repeat. Then layer one third of the bean mixture, top with 3 noodles, and add last third of beans. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes.
