Add oil to pan, sautee onion & garlic until opaque in one pan
Brown and crumble ground beef in separate pan
Add tomatoes, beef, salt & pepper to onion & garlic pan
Simmer for 5 minutes
Add beans (+ a bit of water if necessary)
Make a cross over the top of the simmering pan (Per Yiayia Dimitrou)
Add package of taco seasoning
