In a shallow 8 x 8 pan/serving dish mix the cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and mayonnaise until well blended. Spread it out in the bottom of the pan.
Add the pizza sauce evenly over your cheese mixture.
Finely dice up the jalapeño peppers (no big chunks) and spread it evenly over the pizza dip.
Dice your red or green pepper or both ... and spread it evenly over your mixture in the pan.
Finely dice your green onions and spread them evenly over the mixture.
Next add your diced tomatoes (not too big of chunks) over the mixture and then spread your freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes.
Then spread the fresh grated mozzarella cheese over the top.
Refrigerate until ready to use but take it out of the fridge a half hour before service to allow the blended cream cheese mixture to soften a little.
Serve with Corn tortilla chips.
The amount of Jalapeño peppers you put in really depends on your taste and how heated you want your dip. Make sure that the tomatoes you choose are good and firm as they will not be as watery as more ripened tomatoes and the amount you use also depends on your taste. Enjoy ~
