preheat oven 350 degrees
put all of the ingredients in a bowl, except bacon.
Mix
Put in loaf pan
top with bacon
cover with aluminum foil
bake 45 minutes
remove foil
bake another 30 minutes, until bacon is crisp
remove and let rest 15 minutes before slicing
