1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
2. Put in greased or "pam sprayed" bread pan.
3. Bake at 350* for about 40 - 45 min. If it looks browned inside and out, you can drain off any grease and then top with 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 TBLS. light Karo syrup and a few shakes of nutmeg.
4. Bake 10 more mins.
