Meatloaf-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and spread mixture in an ungreased 8x8 pan.
Spoon ketchup onto loaf - optional.
Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes.
Meatballs-
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1 - 1.5 inch balls. Cook in skillet or in oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
