Vary the recipe by replacing the beef partially or completely with pork or turkey. Adjusting the bacon add in (cheese is good) and varying the type of sauce. Italian could be pasta sauce with parmesan add it. Mexican with salsa and diced chili add in.
Heat oven to 375
Place meat, bacon, stuffing mix, water, eggs and half of the barbecue sauce in bowl.
Mix just until blended to avoid overworking the meat.
Shape into loaf
Cover with remaining bbq sauce
Bake 1 hour or until the internal temp reads 155.
