My mom's yummy meatloaf. The secret ingredient is pickle juice, which makes it sweet and tangy.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease loaf pan.
3. Mix ground beef, oats, salt, pepper, mustard, onion powder, eggs and pickle juice in a bowl.
4. Place beef mixture in loaf pan, smooth so it's distributed in pan evenly.
5. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, pickle juice and brown sugar until smooth.
6. Spread ketchup mixture on top of meatloaf.
7. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
