This is a classic meaty loaf - not tomatoey. The ground pork keeps is moist and juicy
- pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- saute onions in olive oil until soft - set aside to cool
- add remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- add onions
- mix thoroughly
- form loaf in greased backing pan
- bake for 1 hour
- slice and serve hot.
