Suggest a better description1. preheat oven to 350(F) degrees
2. melt butter in saucepan
3. add garlic & onions, cook for 5-7 min or until tender; let cool for about 10 minutes
4. in large bowl, gently break up ground beef; add bread crumbs & sauteed mixture
5. in small bowl, mix egg, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt & pepper
6. add egg mixture into large bowl
7. using hands, mix until well combined, about 1 min (be careful not to overmix)
7. press into a loaf pan
8. add a thin layer of ketchup
9. cook for about 1 hour
for topping:
1. in saucepan, bring brown sugar & ketchup to a boil
2. after meatloaf has baked for about an hour, pour the topping on top & bake for another 15 min
