Place in loaf pan(s), packing well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no pink shows in the center of the loaf.
To freeze for later:
Cool and chill. Slice. Wrap slices and freeze.
To reheat, thaw completely, lay slices flat on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
