Suggest a better descriptionCook Quinoa. Make Tomato Sauce. Mix together 3/4 cup of quinoa and 3/4 cup of sauce; allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes (while preparing other ingredients).
Mince 1.5 cups of Walnuts to fine consistency. Mince 1/4 cup of onion fine. Mince 2 small Garlic cloves fine. Mince 1 cup Muenster Cheese fine.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Saute onions til they are clear; add in garlic. Separately saute spinach lightly.
Mix 3 Eggs and 1/8 cup Almond Milk together.
To quinoa/sauce combo, add spinach and Muenster cheese.
Combine eggs/almond milk with quinoa/sauce/spinach/cheese. Add 1/4 teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground White Peppercorn, and 1/3 teaspoon ground Oregano. Mix well.
Add onions and garlic to mixture.
Bake in small loaf pan or make into patties for "burgers". Bake loaf for 25-35 minutes, until center firm (enough to slice; cheese will center from completely drying out). Patties can be baked for 15 minutes (or until firm) or done on the stove top.
Keep an eye on temperatures and times when making the first time, as all ovens vary and it may take more or less time to cook thoroughly.
