Mix ground meat and wet ingredients slightly to break the eggs.
Add Bread crumbs and spices. Mix to blend thoroughly but don't over mix. Over mixing makes the loaf tough and dry.
Place in loaf pan. If to much use 9" x 11" and shape into a loaf.
If adding cheese (The family will make you if you have it! LOL);
Make a well in the center after shaping place cheese fold/smash loaf over the top to "tuck" cheese in well.
Bake at 400-450 degrees 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours. Until juice runs clear or cheese oozes out.
Using the larger ingredient amounts serves about 12 or so, depending on how much your "boys" eat. Over mixing makes the loaf tough and dry.
