Pan fry potatoes then set aside.
Marinate beef ribs and osso buco in soy sauce, squeeze of lemon, garlic, onion, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Take out the beef from the marinade and fry until brown.
Add in the marinade and saute for 2 mins.
Add water and cook inside a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and cook for another 5 mins.
Add fried potatoes then serve.
Remember to seal the meat by frying it first before cooking it inside the pressure cooker.
