Start with searing and grilling properly the chicken breasts
once chicken breasts are fully cooked, slice them into pieces (personal preference on the size of chicken pieces) and then add to the sauce mix
Sauce Mix:
Start with olive oil or butter, with the garlic, onions, and/or shallots until sauteed properly
add in chicken pieces
add in raw spinach, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts, and continue at a reasonable temperature
add in sundried tomatoes, capers
add in white wine and cook down (use your judgment)
add in chicken broth
Once sauce is a a good consistency to add on top of pasta, mix it all together with the pasta and sauce in large serving bowl.
