Spread greek yogurt on serving plate (9-inch pie plate works well). Evenly spread hummus over yogurt. Layer the diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, kalamata olives and diced cucumber over the hummus. Top with crumbled feta cheese and finely snipped fresh dill.
Serve with crudites, baked pita chips or your favorite dippers.
If making ahead...salt from feta will draw the water out of the cucumbers. To avoid a watery appetizer, slice cucumber and place on paper towels and sprinkle lightly with salt. Let set for 30-60 minutes at room temperature before dicing cucumbers.
