Fresh Salad from the kitchen of Tina McLees
Combine all ingredients but Avocado, Lemon, Oil and greek spice, in a bowl. Mix gently as you salt, pepper, and to taste. Don't over do the spices. After it is mixed, scoop out diced Avocado into the bowl, FOLD IN GENTLY!! Whisk oil and Lemon and the greek spice together and pour over all and toss gently.
** Special Notes -- Use any color grape tomato available. Buy Feta Cheesealready crumbled. I do not measure anything, measurements depend on the amount desired to make and personal taste.
