Spread vegetables on baking sheet with potatoes.
Roast 15 minutes.
Brush Tilapia with remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place Tilapia on top of vegetables on baking sheet.
Roast 10 minutes more.
