Suggest a better descriptionToast muffin. Warm Canadian bacon in microwave for 10 seconds. Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray, then scramble the egg substitute. Place bacon on bottom half of muffin. Top with egg and shredded cheese. Broil just until cheese melts (less than 1 minute). Top with other English muffin half. Serve warm.
