Sweet & Sour Meat Balls. Hot and delicious.
Make the ham balls and the sauce separate. Mix all the ham loaf ingredients (you need to triple the rest of the if you want to fill a big crock pot). Then cover cookie sheets in tin foil and spray them with Pam. Roll up the balls and cook them for 45 minutes. Turn them all over and cook for another 30 minutes. If you're not tripling the recipe I have no idea how long to cook them, just brown them and watch them closely. Once you mix the sauce ingredients on the stove have some cornstarch mixed/whisked with water ready in a bowl. Boil the sauce and then add the cornstarch mixture until the sauce thickens. Watch this carefully as it boils over quickly. Pour the sauce over the ham balls in the crock pot. They taste best if they cook for like another hour or so on low in the crock.
