Melt butter with cayenne and garlic in a sauce pan. Add flour - stirring constantly (about 3-4 min). Whish in broth and milk slowly, always stirring for 5-8 min.
Take off heat - add cheese. Stir until melted. Add cooked noodles. Put into a 9x13 pan - 400 deg for 25-30 min.
