Make it the way you like but yummy on the grill
Make your dough or buy your dough. Stretch out and throw onto hot charcoal grill. Flip until stiff. When almost half done but workable. Add toppings of your choice. I love caprese salad on mine. Place back on grill opposite the heat until cheese is melted and pizza is done. Drizzle with seasoned olive oil.
