For dressing: Process garlic in blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill.
For croutons: Microwave first 3 ingredients for 20 seconds. Add breadcrumbs and toss to coat. Bake in single layer in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until dry.
Toss before serving!
