In saucepan, place butter and melt over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in cheese and sage. Mix well and let stand for 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream and mix well. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Batter will be stiff. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.
