Steak & A Marinade that makes your mouth water and makes your steak so tender it will melt in your mouth.. YUM
In a Large 13”x9” Glass Baking Pan, The Marinade: Combine the Olive Oil, Red Wine, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Onion, Fresh Rosemary, & Worcestershire Sauce. SET ASIDE
Get out your steaks. and stab each one ALL OVER with a fork.
Rub Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper (As Wanted) on each side of each steak
Now you wanna put them in the Marinade, spoon some over the top and then cover with Saran Wrap and place in the Refrigerator Overnight.
To Cook:
Oven Broil or BBQ
Medium Rare - 7 minutes on each side
Medium - 8-9 minutes on each side
Well Done- 11 minutes each side.
I serve it with Homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus.
I also sometimes serve the steak a drizzle of Hollandaise Sauce
If you wanna make sure you make it perfect each time, i suggest using a meat thermometer..
