Challah Stuffing
Saute cut up celery and onion in butter or margarine. Soak the challah in a colander and mush it with warm water. After you have sautéed some celery and onion add challah to it and salute the challah too! Add salt, pepper garlic powder to taste. You can add an egg to the mixture if you like (I usually don't). Then you keep making batches of challah and the other stuff. Put in greased casserole and bake for awhile till you like it. I put margarine on top of that too to keep it moist and also add juice of the turkey to it. Probably have to salute several batches before you put in oven in the casserole. Saute until nice and brown. Enjoy!
