Spray a shallow, small baking dish with non- stick spray.
Combine paprika, salt, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder in a bowl. Take 2 teaspoons of the mix and coat the chicken on both sides. Place remaining mix in a bag for future use. Spoon salsa over top of chicken breast.
Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on both breasts evenly; bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted through.
