Chili like soup
Place the onion and water in a medium soup pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients Except rice, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes. While soup is cooking, boil rice in separate pot. Once rice is cooked, drain and serve with soup. We also like to have a loaf of bread with this meal. Delicious!
