Fruit de gehakte knoflook en ui aan in wat olijfolie. Verwarm alvast de oven voor op 200 graden Celsius (hetelucht).
Voeg het gehakt toe aan de ui en knoflook en bak mee. Breng het gehakt op smaak met de komijn, de chili, paprikapoeder en wat zout. Voeg de tomatenblokjes toe.
Voeg vervolgens de mais en de kidneybonen toe en meng alles door elkaar.
Doe het gehaktmengsel in een ovenschaal. Steek de nachochips in het gehakt en strooi de cheddar er overheen.
Zet de nachoschotel 5 a 10 minuten in de oven, totdat alle kaas gesmolten is. Serveer eventueel met wat guacamole en zure room.
