Brown ground chuck and then drain. Spread refried beans in bottom of baking dish. Cover with ground chuck. Pour picante sauce over beef and spread. Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
