Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400•F. Heat skillet at medium-high heat and cook beef 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro. Line casserole pan with some broken corn chips to absorb extra liquid.
Combine corn and black beans. Spread in 8" baking dish. Top with beef mixture, spread with salsa and sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
You can use the salsa juice at the table as seasoning.
