In bowl combine rice, salsa, cumin and ground beef. Layer half of this mixture in the pan. Mix together the refrained beans, corn, chili peppers, and chili powder. Layer this into pan. Top with the remaining rice and meat mixture on top. Top with spinach then cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
