This easy, spicy Mexican dinner is layered with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips for a guaranteed family favorite!
1. Heat oven to 350. In 10-inch skillet cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned (5 to 8 minutes). Drain off fat.
2. Stir in rice, soup, chilies and taco seasoning mix. Spoon into 12x8-inch baking pan.
3. Top with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
Can divide into 3 - 2 person servings. Very good and easy.
