Suggest a better description(True Southern Family Recipes) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch square baking pan. Spread peppers into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Cover with cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at preheated temperature or until center is firm. Allow to cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
