Mexican gravy/sauce perfect for topping a burrito
On medium heat melt lard in skillet, stir in flour to make a light roux. Add chili powder & water and bring to a slow boil. Add cheese and stir until completely melted. Add salt to taste. Add corn starch as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Make sure you don't add to much salt as it is easy to over salt.
