Chili is a Texas staple, we have added our own touch to this delicious dish to make it Mex-Tex.
You can eat it in tacos, tostadas or even a torta (sandwich). Enjoy!
• Saute beef and onions in large dutch oven over high heat until beef is cooked through, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Add cumin and sauté for 3 more minutes.
• Reduce heat to medium-low and add the yellow peppers and the Morelos Cooking Sauce. Cover partially and cook 1 ½ hours, adding more water by ¼ cupfulls if meat becomes dry. Season with salt and pepper.
• Serve, passing cheese, fried tortillas and green onions separately. Provecho!
