Serve w/rice
Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender, add chicken, water, boullion and cumin. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min. Add cream, corn, chiles, cheese and pepper sauce. Cook and stir until cheese melts and mixture is hot. Garnish w/ tomatoes and onions. Serve over rice.
