Suggest a better descriptionBrown 1 pound sausage and 1 medium onion together. Drain well. Combine 1 cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon soda and 1 teaspon salt. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, 1 cup buttermilk and oil together. Combine with dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Batter does not need to be smooth. Add Sausage chilis, corn and cheese. Pour in hit greased 10 inch skillet. Bake at 350 Degf for 50-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
