Brown and crumble ground beef. Set aside.
Mix corn bread according to package. Add cream corn to cornbread batter
In a 13x9 greased pan, pour in half of the batter.
Layer: ground beef, onion, chopped jalapenos and cheese.
Add remaining batter.
Bake 20-30 minutes, use knife to test doneness.
