Place Velveeta? cubes in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until cheese is almost melted. Add about 1/2 cup of the picante sauce and the shredded cheddar. Microwave as before until cheese is nearly melted. Taste and add more milk or picante sauce as needed.
