This recipe was from my Mexican friend's Mom who swore by it. The family also experimented by adding Orange juice, or chopped strawberries, or adding bacon bits (fried, drained and chopped). The options are endless.
1. Use a fork to mash the avocados, we like it chunky.
2. Mix in by this order: tomatoes, onion, Jalapenos, Garlic, Cumin, Salt, Cilantro, Lime Juice.
Adding lime juice at the end not just for taste but keeps the guacamole looking fresh longer. It turns dark after time.
