Melt butter in medium sized sauce pan. Stir in all other sauce ingredients. Simmer sauce until warm. Turn off heat and place hamburger patties in sauce. Marinade for at least one hour. Cook hamburger patties until done to your taste. At the same time grill tortillas in sauce pan with a slight amount of cooking spray. Tortillas should be just firm when finished, Turn frequently as they are easily burnt. Assemble with the rest of the condiments or anything else to your taste. I top with hot sauce and a small amount of sour cream.
Be careful with the tortillas, do not over cook. They should be firm but not crumble when eaten.
